The 2022 Michelin Guide included Toronto restaurants for the first time, making Toronto the first Michelin Guide destination in Canada. Exciting news for the city to finally be included in the famous restaurant guide!
The Michelin Guide awarded 13 restaurants with Michelin stars and 17 Bib Gourmand in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- There was one Toronto restaurant that received two Michelin Stars. Sushi Masaki Saito is a Japanese restaurant, located at 88 Avenue Road, which serves an omakase menu. Visit the Sushi Masaki Saito website here for opening hours and further details.
- Twelve Toronto restaurants received one Michelin star:

- Kaiseki Yu-zen Hashimoto – Japanese
- Shoushin – Japanese
- Frilu – Contemporary
- The distinction of Bib Gourmand was awarded to the following seventeen restaurants in Toronto. Bib Gourmand restaurants offer great meals at a reasonable price:

- Grey Gardens – Contemporary
