One of our most memorable meals in Paris was at Le Souffle restaurant! A very large part of a fantastic vacation is the food and we made sure to eat here! We share our delectable dinner experience from Le Souffle from our spring vacation in Paris!
As a foodie, I make sure to research restaurants for our vacation in advance. Weeks, if not months in most cases, in advance! Le Souffle is a very popular restaurant in Paris with about twenty tables, so be sure to book a reservation if you want to eat here!
Le Souffle Restaurant: Location
The restaurant is located in the 1st arrondissement. It is a stunning neighbourhood in Paris with many of the city’s top attractions and historical buildings.
The restaurant is only a five-minute walk from Hotel Brighton where we stayed – read our review here of this boutique hotel with breathtaking views!
We walked to many of the top tourist attractions during our stay in the 1st arrondissement very easily. And we had no issues finding the restaurant, with a lovely exterior, coloured light blue.
Le Souffle Restaurant: Our Dinner
We had a 7:30 pm dinner reservation on a Wednesday evening in spring. When we arrived the restaurant was full of diners.
Le Souffle serves both savoury and sweet souffles in addition to some French cuisine classics. In addition, the chef may offer “dishes of the moment”, based on the season.
Diners can choose to order from the menu, a la carte, or from a three-course menu. The three-course menu enables you to choose each of your courses from a list of items outlined.
For our dinner, my husband and I both ordered souffles for our starter, entrée, and dessert from the three-course dinner menu, and a bottle of white wine.
We chose the following for our meal:
For our starters – preparing our palate with smaller mouth-watering souffles:
- Small tomato, basil souffle and green salad
- Small ham and cheese souffle and green salad
For our main course – both decadent and absolutely delicious:
- Cheese souffle with chicken and mushrooms sauce
- Beef bourguignon souffle
Dessert course – heavenly souffles to finish off our meal:
- Grand Marnier souffle – they even leave you the bottle of Grand Marnier if you want to add more – follow us, Nurture Happiness Today, on Instagram too – we have a brief clip of the souffle!
- Pistachio souffle with chocolate – fantastic! You can add even more chocolate if desired!
Overall, our dinner really was a delicious, unique, foodie experience! From everything we had, my favourites were the beef bourguignon souffle and pistachio souffle with chocolate for dessert!

Le Souffle Restaurant: Conclusion
Our dinner at Le Souffle was one of our favourite meals in Paris! Each souffle was fluffy and delicious!
Yes, it is a lot of souffle! However, when will I get to experience such a unique three-course meal celebrating and specializing in French souffle! I was in foodie heaven!
We enjoyed every minute of our dinner experience here and will return when back in Paris! I would even say this is a must-visit restaurant for fellow foodies and first-timers in Paris! Bon Appetit!
